Are you eligible?

Check this list before you sign up:

• You must have an active residential account with Gulf Power Company.
• You must have hard-wired touch-tone telephone service. Cellular or VOIP service is not compatible with the GoodCents Select equipment.
• You must have a central heating and cooling system. Window air conditioning is not eligible.
• Variable or two-speed compressors on the heating and cooling system are currently not compatible with the GoodCents Select equipment.
• You must own the home or have the homeowner's signed permission (Landlord Agreement Form - PDF 27KB).
• The electric meter on your home must be 200-Amp service or less and must be separate from other meters and accessible. (Some apartment buildings have meters banked together that may not leave enough room for the GoodCents Select equipment to be placed on the meter.)
• You cannot be signed up for Gulf Power’s Flat Bill rate.
